  1. I read Oxygen Magazine and although I love the articles and the exercise and nutrition ideas. I read it as a reminder of what is possible. There are always a couple of stories in their of women who went from really fat and unhealthy to really fit and super healthy. These articles remind me that anything is possible.

    1. I find the same thing with Women’s Health and Runners World – there are always so many inspiring stories that remind me of what is possible, as well! I’ll have to take your advice though and perhaps start reading Oxygen Magazine too 🙂 Thanks, Ann!
